الوصف الوظيفي:
Sustainable Engineering Solutions (SES), a multi-disciplinary consulting company, is seeking to recruit a highly qualified candidate for the role of Quality Control Engineer for Jenin Wastewater Treatment System and Reuse Scheme Project, implemented under the USAID West Bank and Gaza Architecture and Engineering Services program.

Responsibilities
Manage the project submittal log and quality control reports.
Review shop drawings and submittals for compliance with specifications.
Conduct inspections and tests to ensure quality standards are met.
Oversee quality procedures and adherence to approved methods.
Resolve quality issues, including Non-Compliance Reports.
Chair quality control meetings and document minutes.
Prepare daily QC reports and address non-conformances.
Organize meetings to clarify project expectations.
Verify checklists and obtain sign-offs before key work items.
Ensure materials conform to approved submittals.
Schedule and document inspections, rectifying any non-conformances.
Conduct follow-up inspections for contract compliance.
Coordinate testing and commissioning activities.
Manage punch lists and final inspections.
Maintain "as-built" drawings and compile closeout documents.
Address safety, quality, and progress issues as needed.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Minimum Requirements:

Advance Knowledge of Standards or Codes;
Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards;
Effective communication with client’s project team;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with all levels and functions within the company;
USAID Experience is considered as a plus.
Fluent in Arabic, excellent English speaking and writing skills.
Qualifications:

BSc. degree in Material Engineering/Civil Engineering or any other related Engineering Degree.
Experience with USAID is considered an asset.
Required Experience:

Over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, including at least 10 years as a Quality Control Engineer specifically in the fields of sanitation and reclaimed water reuse projects;
