Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and innovative Graphic Designer with a keen eye for detail. You should be open to further learning that will pave the way for creating impressive concepts in line with our Creative Department’s strategy and in harmony with our company’s vision and mission. Excellent communication, critical thinking, and strong presentation skills are essential. You should be willing to grasp and apply constructive criticism from peers.

As a Graphic Designer, you will work with other members of the Creative, Marketing, Hospitality and R&D departments to visually convey a particular message, idea, or concept. You will rely on your proficiency with current graphic design programs (Adobe Creative Suite) to produce graphic content and visual materials for marketing campaigns, promotions, advertisements, packaging, and other mediums.

Responsibilities

Execute designs using Adobe Suite programs (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and Canva.
Create and design a wide range of graphics from printing materials such as packaging and billboards to social media content; amend designs after feedback.
Brainstorm and conceptualize ideas and visuals for upcoming projects.
Create guidelines for the display and use of logos and other branding materials for all Jala Group brands.
Test graphics through samples and prototypes, then apply changes when necessary.
Ensure brand consistency in all projects.
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
Work with other Creative team members to produce content.
Edit videos and produce animated content.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in graphic design, media, communications, or any other related field.
A minimum of one year of experience in the field with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in the industry.
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, pixel-perfect designs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts.
Strong time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines.
Experience with video editing software and motion graphics is a plus.
