الوصف الوظيفي:
Our Company is searching for 2 experienced, ambitious Biomedical Engineers, to manage the Tendering department and to take the lead for tender submission.

And to be responsible for the development, performance and maintenance of the tender process activities of the organization to obtain the maximum efficiency, quality, service and profitability.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, business management or any related field.
At least +3 years of experience in medical procurement, Medical Tendering or in a similar position.
Good understanding of tendering process management, requirements and dynamics for good customer/supplier relationship management.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Supervisory and management experience.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, presentation, communication, conflict resolution and relationship management skills to engage others, build consensus and resolve issues.
Proficient computer skills with advanced skills on MS Office applications including Excel; and Word, PP.
Ability to prepare comprehensive reports.
Excellent verbal and written English skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Goal-oriented, organized team player.
Position 1: Jerusalemoffice with Jerusalem ID
Position 2: Ramallah Office with west bank ID
