الوصف الوظيفي:
Business Alliance HR is recruiting a Regional MEAL Manager to lead the development and implementation of the MEAL strategy for a regional development NGO, located in Ramallah, Palestine. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Design and manage the organization's impact strategy, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Work with program teams on new project design, ensuring alignment with the 5-year strategy.
Manage the MEAL team, providing guidance and support for high-quality data collection and analysis.
Oversee accountability measures, including transparency and feedback mechanisms.
Develop and implement the impact measurement plan for the organization's partnerships and projects.
Document and share key learnings and best practices from implemented projects.
Provide capacity building and training to program teams on MEAL best practices.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Special Requirements & Skills: 
Experience working in a complex, international organization.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, including experience working with theories of change and/or program logic methodology and impact measurement frameworks. 
Strong analytical and technical skills, including research methodologies and quantitative analysis.
High level of attention to detail and ability to work with complex data sets.
Computer literate in statistical packages including Microsoft applications and others such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, EPI Info, CS Pro, and SPSS.
Ability to write and present in-depth reports in English.
Strong interpersonal skills and interest in a diverse and fast-paced working environment.
Experience managing and coaching a team.
Experience working with donor-funded projects, USAID experience is a Plus.
Ability and willingness to travel regionally.
Jerusalem ID is a Plus.
 
Years of experience:
Minimum 5 - 8 years experience in MEAL or a similar role.
 
Education:
A bachelor's degree is required. A master's degree is preferred in social sciences, economics, statistics, demographics, development studies, or a related field. 
 
Location:
Ramallah, Palestine.

Languages Required:
Fluent in Arabic & English.
