الوصف الوظيفي:
InfinitUs is seeking a creative, proactive, and highly organized Social Media Manager to manage multiple social media accounts across different industries.

The ideal candidate must be capable of managing more than six social media accounts simultaneously, developing tailored content strategies, and creating innovative ideas that reflect each brand’s unique identity, target audience, and marketing objectives.

In addition to content planning and account management, the role involves maintaining effective communication with clients, understanding their needs, following up on requests, addressing concerns, and resolving issues professionally to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project execution.

The successful candidate should combine creativity with strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, while maintaining high-quality work and a distinct approach for every project.

Proven experience in social media management.
Ability to manage more than six social media accounts simultaneously.
Strong creative thinking and the ability to develop unique ideas for different brands.
Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Experience in developing content strategies, content calendars, and monthly content plans.
Strong copywriting skills and the ability to create engaging social media content.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand client needs and manage expectations.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle feedback, complaints, and challenging situations professionally.
Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proactive attitude, high energy, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for creativity and digital marketing.
Manage multiple social media accounts across different industries.
Develop content strategies, monthly content plans, and creative campaign ideas tailored to each brand.
Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.
Communicate directly with clients, understand their needs, and maintain positive professional relationships.
Follow up on client requests, feedback, and revisions, ensuring timely and effective responses.
Handle client concerns and challenges professionally, identify appropriate solutions, and escalate issues when necessary.
Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Stay up to date with social media trends and digital marketing developments
Must be a resident of Ramallah, Palestine.
