Do you have experience in restaurant management?
Are you ready to be part of the opening and operation of a new branch of a global burger brand and build a team from the ground up?

We are looking for a motivated, strong, organized, and hands-on leader to join our management team:
متطلبات الوظيفة:
• Previous experience in restaurant management – preferably in burger restaurants or QSR
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage daily restaurant operations
• Strong ability to organize and manage shifts and staff schedules
• Good knowledge of Food Cost, inventory control, and stock management
• Good computer skills and ability to work with POS and operational systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to train, motivate, and develop team members
• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail
• Ability to lead by example and be actively involved in the restaurant operation
• Previous experience with international restaurant chains is an advantage
• Experience in burger restaurants / QSR is highly preferred
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required
• Residence in Jerusalem or the surrounding area is preferred
• Ability to travel reliably to the restaurant in Jerusalem
• Valid Israeli work authorization / ID is required
• Valid passport
