The Company is considered as one of the largest scale entities working in the line of FMCG business in Palestine, headquartered in Ramallah (Jifna), with distribution centers in Nablus (North), Hebron (South), East Jerusalem and Gaza.

We are seeking to hire highly qualified candidates to join our team for the following vacancy:

MIS Officer

The MIS Officer (SAP Business One) is responsible for providing ERP support, maintaining system accuracy, and optimizing SAP Business One processes across Sales, Distribution, Purchasing, Inventory, Finance, and Warehousing.

The role supports users, ensures data integrity, develops reports and dashboards, analyzes business requirements, and contributes to ERP improvement and automation initiatives.

Major Job Responsibilities:

Provide daily SAP Business One functional support to all departments.
Manage SAP Business One master data, including items, business partners, warehouses, and price lists.
Develop SQL queries, operational reports, and dashboards.
Analyze business requirements and recommend ERP process improvements.
Troubleshoot SAP Business One issues and coordinate with support partners when required.
Support inventory, warehouse, and distribution processes.
Monitor transaction accuracy, data consistency, and ERP data integrity.
Prepare documentation and provide user training and support.
Assist with ERP upgrades, enhancements, testing, and system changes.
Manage user authorizations and SAP Business One security controls.
Participate in ERP improvement and automation initiatives.
Use SQL, Python, APIs, or other suitable technologies for data processing, automation, and basic development tasks when required.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Desired skills & Experience:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP Business One.
Good knowledge of SQL Server or any other databases concepts.
Strong understanding of FMCG distribution processes.
Good knowledge of Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Logistics, and Warehouse operations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Ability to understand business requirements and work with multiple departments.
General understanding of software development principles and basic knowledge of a programming.
Preferred Skills

SAP Business One implementation or migration experience.
Knowledge of ERP integrations and data interfaces.
Experience with SAP Business One reporting tools.
Experience with handheld/mobile sales solutions.
Knowledge of management solutions.
Basic knowledge of dashboards and BI tools like Power BI or any other BI tools.
Basic knowledge of Python or another programming language for automation and data processing.
Basic understanding of APIs, web services, testing, debugging, and system integration.
Qualifications & Certificates:

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Language

fluent in both Arabic/ English(reading/writing/speaking)

Additional considerations:

Preferably resides in Ramallah
