الوصف الوظيفي:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to join our team and lead one of our Watches & Jewelry branches.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the daily operations of the branch and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve business objectives.
• Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs.
• Deliver an exceptional and premium customer experience.
• Oversee the presentation, organization, and merchandising of watches and jewelry.
• Monitor inventory, stock movement, and conduct regular stock checks.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to improve sales performance.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Maintain high standards of security, discipline, and branch presentation.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Store Manager, or Sales Manager, preferably within the watches, jewelry, luxury retail, or fashion industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized, responsible, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and POS/inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and professional appearance.
