Job Status:    Part-time (Monday – Friday, from 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM)
Office:             Bethlehem University Clinic / Deanship of Students
Reports To:   Dean of Students

Job Summary:
The Staff Nurse at Bethlehem University Clinic provides primary nursing care, first aid, health assessments, medication administration, and emergency response. She also promotes preventive health, maintains confidential medical records, manages clinic supplies, and coordinates with relevant healthcare providers and university departments.

Note: Due to the nature of the University Clinic’s services, this position is designated for qualified female candidates only.

Qualifications:

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
Minimum of two (2) years of professional nursing experience.
Valid license to practice nursing issued by the relevant regulatory authority.
Experience in primary healthcare, outpatient clinics, occupational health, university health services, or emergency nursing is preferred.
Required Skills and Competencies

Strong clinical assessment, patient care, first aid, and emergency-response skills.
Sound knowledge of infection prevention and control practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
Strong organizational, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, exercise professional judgment, and demonstrate ethical conduct.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and good command of Arabic and English.
