Business Alliance HR is recruiting an Operational Excellence and Digital Transformation Director for a Group with a diversified portfolio, located in West Bank, Palestine, and with some operations outside Palestine.

Contract Type: Full-time/ Permenant

Summary of the role:
Lead and continuously improve the group’s shared business functions: Human Resources, Procurement, Logistics, and Administration, while driving digital transformation and business process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence

Review and optimize the operating model for all shared services functions.
Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements across the group.
Standardize processes, clarify roles and responsibilities, and improve service delivery.
Develop and monitor operational KPIs and reporting dashboards.
Review and update policies, procedures, and operating guidelines.
Human Resources

Lead the Human Resources function, ensuring effective delivery of talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR operations.
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with the group’s objectives.
Support workforce planning, succession planning, leadership development, and organizational design.
Promote a high-performance culture through employee engagement, performance management, and continuous development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and governance requirements.
Oversee HR systems, reporting, and people analytics to support informed decision-making.
Procurement and Logistics

Lead Procurement and Logistics functions to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and compliant operations.
Develop sourcing strategies, supplier management practices, and procurement governance.
Oversee logistics and administrative services to ensure timely and effective support to business operations.
Monitor operational performance through KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
Digital Transformation

Develop and execute the group’s Digital Transformation Roadmap.
Identify opportunities for process automation, AI adoption, workflow digitization, and systems integration.
Lead the implementation of digital initiatives in coordination with business units and IT.
Promote data-driven decision-making and continuous innovation.
Business Process Improvement

Lead business process mapping, redesign, and standardization initiatives.
Simplify processes and eliminate inefficiencies across the organization.
Support change management and adoption of new ways of working.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Experience in leading operational excellence, business process optimization, or organizational transformation engagements for large organizations or group structures.
Proven experience developing operating models, governance frameworks, KPIs, and operational policies.
Hands-on experience in digital transformation initiatives.
Years of experience:

Minimum of 12 years of professional leadership experience in operations excellence, business transformation, and/or organizational development.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.

A Master's degree is preferred.

Location: Ramallah, Palestine.
Languages Required: Fluent in English & Arabic.
