الوصف الوظيفي:
SUNBULA, a Jerusalem-based nonprofit Palestinian fair trade organization that provides income-generating opportunities to marginalized craft producers, seeks to hire the E-Commerce and B2B Specialist.  SUNBULA supports 24 local producer groups by marketing their products at its Jerusalem shop and via its e-commerce site, and by implementing development projects that aim to enhance the skill base and production capacity of the producers while striving for the protection of Palestinian cultural heritage.

About the Position
The E-commerce and B2B Specialist manages the online and B2B orders and implements activities aimed at growing the B2B sales of Sunbula.  This is a part-time position based at Sunbula shop at 15 Nablus Road, Shiekh Jarrah.  The position reports to the Executive Director. 

Main Responsibilities

E-commerce and B2B Operation:

Manages online and B2B orders, including issuing customer invoice and receipt, preparing and packaging items, and arranging local and international shipping.
Customer service, including responding to inquiries and following up on orders.
B2B Development:

Research and compile a list of potential international B2B customers, initiate contacts, and follow-up to build a new partnership.
Others:

Sales and customer service at the Sunbula retail shop when required (at the time of busy traffic, covering for other staff in absence, etc.)
Work closely with the Executive Director in implementing tasks related to events and special projects.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, e-commerce, marketing or a related field.
Experience in office administrative tasks.
IT fluency: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Apps (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Meet)
University degree preferably in business, marketing, nonprofit management, or a related field
Native Arabic speaker with a very good command of spoken English and strong writing skills in English and Arabic
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask, work under minimum supervision, and willingness to take initiatives
Strong sense of responsibility, team-player
Have an entrepreneurial spirit and commercial acumen
Commitment to social justice and a desire to help marginalized communities
Ability to access Jerusalem
Preferred

Strong passion for and familiarity with Palestinian craft traditions
Have an understanding of social entrepreneurship
Driver’s license
Fluency in Hebrew
