الوصف الوظيفي:
Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Biomedical Engineer to join our Tendering  Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, coordinating, and managing medical equipment tender submissions while ensuring technical accuracy, compliance with requirements, and timely delivery of proposals.

Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze tender documents, technical specifications, and requirements.
Prepare high-quality technical proposals and tender submissions for medical equipment.
Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to collect technical documents, quotations, and product information.
Prepare compliance sheets, technical comparisons, and required documentation.
Ensure all submissions meet customer specifications and deadlines.
Support the sales team with technical expertise during tender processes.
Maintain organized records of tenders, offers, and technical files.
Coordinating purchase orders (POs) and managing deliveries to end users . 
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering  
Experience in medical equipment tenders, technical proposals, or healthcare projects is preferred.
Strong knowledge of medical devices and technical documentation.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with suppliers and internal teams.
Very good command of English (written and spoken).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
