الوصف الوظيفي:Business Alliance HR is recruiting a Commercial/Marketing Manager for a Trading Company, located in Ramallah, Palestine.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Commercial Strategy & Planning
Support the development and implementation of the company's commercial strategy in line with growth and profitability targets.
Prepare annual sales and marketing plans based on market trends, customer needs, supplier priorities, and business objectives.
Identify growth opportunities across existing and new sales channels.
Support the implementation of commercial priorities, sales targets, and performance objectives in alignment with company goals.
Set and monitor sales targets by channel, customer, product category, and take corrective action where needed.
Develop sales strategies across retail, wholesale, key accounts, modern trade, and other relevant channels.
Forecasting & Commercial Operations:
Prepare rolling sales forecasts and coordinate closely with supply chain, operations, and finance to ensure product availability and smooth order fulfillment.
Oversee the sales cycle, including order follow-up, delivery coordination, invoicing, and collection.
Monitor sales productivity, customer coverage, and collections performance to support operational efficiency.
Marketing:
Develop and implement marketing and trade marketing plans to support brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales growth.
Ensure the company and its brands are properly represented across relevant digital and social media channels.
Ensure marketing activities are aligned with commercial priorities and approved budgets
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, customer behavior, and demand to identify opportunities and support decision-making.
Gather and analyze market and customer insights to improve sales plans, marketing initiatives, pricing, and customer programs.
Pricing, Profitability & Performance Management
Recommend pricing structures, discount schemes, and promotional offers in coordination with management and finance.
Monitor account, channel, and product performance to ensure a balance between sales growth and margin protection.
Track commercial KPIs and prepare regular reports on results, gaps, risks, and corrective actions.
Support continuous improvement of commercial policies, processes, and team performance to ensure efficiency.
متطلبات الوظيفة:Requirements & Skills:
Strong experience in commercial management, sales, marketing, and business development within FMCG, distribution, retail, or consumer goods sectors.
Strong understanding of sales forecasting, customer management, pricing, trade promotions, and market analysis.
Good knowledge of brand management, trade marketing, and digital marketing activities.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build strong customer relationships and manage key accounts effectively.
Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, supply chain, operations, suppliers, and management.
Strong planning, reporting, and performance management skills.
Years of experience:
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, commercial management, and/or FMCG distribution, including at least 4 years in a managerial role.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
Location:
Ramallah, Palestine.
Languages Required:
Fluent in English & Arabic.
