Introduction
WePRO Solutions and Consultancy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative and Financial Assistant to join our team in Ramallah. This role is ideal for a candidate who is organized, proactive, and capable of supporting both financial and administrative operations. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient office processes and accurate financial management.
Key Responsibilities
Record and maintain all financial transactions and prepare payment requests as needed.
Maintain proper filing and archiving of all financial and administrative records (both physical and electronic).
Follow up on administrative correspondence and coordinate project-related meetings.
Assist in documenting project activities (attendance sheets, photos, meeting minutes, and forms).
Manage logistics, including supplies, inventory, and coordination with service providers.
متطلبات الوظيفة:Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or project assistance roles.
Strong organizational, filing, and time-management skills.
Strong ability to prepare basic correspondence and reports in English.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
Working Conditions
The Administrative and Financial Assistant will be based at the WePRO office in Ramallah
