Masa7a, a media initiative supported by Aswat for Research and Development, is a platform dedicated to producing thoughtful, high-quality media content that engages Palestinian and regional audiences. Masa7a is seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team as a full-time, on-site Producer & Editor.

This is a unique opportunity to drive the creative and editorial direction of a growing Palestinian media platform, bringing compelling stories and ideas to life across multiple formats.

Position Responsibilities:
Content Production: Plan, produce, and oversee the creation of video, audio, and multimedia content from concept to final delivery.
Editing: Edit video and audio content to a high standard, ensuring quality, coherence, and alignment with Masa7a's editorial voice.
Editorial Direction: Contribute to shaping the editorial calendar and content strategy in line with the platform's mission and audience needs.
Talent Coordination: Work with hosts, guests, journalists, and freelancers to ensure smooth production workflows.
Technical Oversight: Manage production equipment, software, and post-production processes to maintain consistent output quality.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Key Criteria:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Film, Journalism, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in media production and editing; a strong portfolio of produced work is required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in video and audio editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools.
Creativity & Storytelling: Strong sense of narrative and visual storytelling, with the ability to produce content that resonates with diverse audiences.
Communication: Excellent communication skills in Arabic; proficiency in English is an asset.
Work Ethic & Mindset: Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple productions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
