Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Supply Chain Demand Planner & Stock Controller with experience in the food manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing raw materials, packaging, and finished goods inventory within the factory to ensure accurate stock levels and smooth production flow.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and provide direction to the planning team to ensure effective execution of plans.
Develop production and purchasing plans to ensure timely availability of materials and products.
Reduce gaps between supply and demand to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
Collaborate with sales and production teams to adjust plans according to market changes.
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records of raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished food products.
Monitor capacity horizon against demand and drive capacity increases.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely material availability.
Track material consumption and report variances.
Ensure compliance with company inventory control procedures.
Interact regularly with executive management to present reports, align strategies, and support decision-making.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
5–7 years of proven experience as a Stock Controller in a food manufacturing factory.
Strong knowledge of raw materials, packaging, and food production processes.
Experience with inventory management systems / ERP.
Good numerical and reporting skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment.
