الوصف الوظيفي:
Premium Center for Engineering & Planning is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with a strong background in energy and power systems to join its consultancy team. The role involves office-based engineering work, site visits when required, and technical consultancy services across projects in the West Bank.

Key Responsibilities
•Perform power system and energy studies, including grid assessments and network analysis.

•Support renewable energy projects such as Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems.

•Conduct site visits, field assessments, and coordination with utilities and stakeholders.

•Prepare professional technical reports, drawings, and presentations in English.

•Use power system software for analysis, simulation, and planning.

•Contribute to feasibility studies, technical evaluations, and consultancy assignments.

•Coordinate tasks and support project management activities when required.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Qualifications & Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

•Minimum 5 years of experience in energy and power systems.

•Strong knowledge of distribution and transmission networks.

•Proficiency in AutoCAD.

•Experience with professional power system software (e.g. ETAP, DIgSILENT, HOMER, PVsyst, or similar).

•Very good English speaking and technical reporting skills.

•Good management and coordination skills.

•Willingness to travel across the West Bank for site visits.

Preferred Skills

•Experience in renewable energy integration (PV, BESS).

•Data analysis skills (Excel, Python, or similar tools).

•Experience with consultancy work and donor-funded projects.

•Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
