الوصف الوظيفي:The Senior Student Counsellor is responsible for providing an integrated, effective counseling service for the students of Bethlehem University. As well as to help students reach emotional stability so as to be productive, confident, and wise in making decisions. The counsellor helps students to mediate social conflicts, provides academic guidance, and recommends future career options.
متطلبات الوظيفة:Qualifications and Experience
Master’s Degree in Counselling, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field.
10 +years of professional experience, providing counselling to youth aged 18–25 (older adolescent and young adult).
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in university or school counselling.
Experience working with students with disabilities,
Experience providing both individual and group interventions.
Preferred Qualifications
Professional license or registration (where relevant).
Experience with crisis intervention and trauma-informed practices.
Familiarity with student development theory and university counselling models.
