الوصف الوظيفي:Job Purpose
To manage and develop the company’s human resources functions while conducting internal audit activities to ensure compliance, operational efficiency, financial integrity, and adherence to internal policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and employee relations.
Manage employee records, contracts, attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and disciplinary actions.
Design and maintain job descriptions, organizational structures, and compensation frameworks.
Handle employee grievances and promote a fair and professional work environment.
Plan and oversee training and development programs.
Internal Audit Responsibilities
Plan and execute internal audit activities for financial, administrative, and operational processes.
Review compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Audit and monitor cash flows, including all cash inflows and outflows.
Review daily cash reports, petty cash, bank deposits, and cash disbursements.
Reconcile cash balances with bank statements and accounting records.
Assess cash handling controls, segregation of duties, and fraud risk exposure.
Audit payroll, expenses, commissions, and incentive schemes.
Identify risks, control gaps, and operational inefficiencies, and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare internal audit reports and present findings to senior management.
Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations.
Authority & Accountability
Access all relevant HR, financial, and administrative records as required.
Recommend policy changes and corrective actions to management.
Escalate non-compliance or high-risk issues to senior leadership.
متطلبات الوظيفة:Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR management, internal audit, or a combined role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, cash management practices, and internal control principles.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Proficiency in HR systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office.
