الوصف الوظيفي:
Transmed Pharma, a leading Palestinian company specializing in the marketing and distribution of pharmaceuticals and medical devices from top international brands, is seeking dynamic and self-motivated candidates to join our team as Medical Representatives. We are hiring 2 representatives, one for each of the following territories:

Northern Territory: Applicant must be a resident of Jenin and will cover Jenin Area, Tulkarem, and Tubas, including surrounding towns and villages.

Southern Territory: Applicant must be a resident of Bethlehem and will cover Bethlehem Area and Jericho, including surrounding villages.

Key Responsibilities
Promote assigned pharmaceutical and/or medical device products to physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals within the designated territory.
Execute daily field visits according to agreed doctor visit plans and coverage objectives.
Build and maintain strong, ethical, and long-term professional relationships with customers.
Deliver effective product presentations, scientific updates, and promotional messages.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs for the assigned products and territory.
Monitor and document market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, and report key insights to management
Ensure product availability, follow up on orders, and coordinate with logistics and warehousing teams.
Maintain accurate and timely CRM entries and visit reports.
Participate in trainings, meetings, and marketing activities as required.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Required Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar healthcare/pharma marketing role.
Must currently reside in the assigned base city (Jenin or Bethlehem).
Fast learner with strong scientific knowledge and ability to explain medical information clearly and professionally.
Effective presenter who can promote and sell products using strong, solid arguments to both existing and prospective customers.
Good organizational and planning skills with strong time management.
Excellent interpersonal skills along with ability to build productive professional relationships with customers.
Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel. CRM experience is a plus.
Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English languages.
Valid professional practice license.
Valid driving licence with a private car
