Planning, supervising, and coordinating the daily implementation of data management and compliance procedures related to COGAT, UN2720, and humanitarian cargo clearance processes. Ensuring accuracy, integrity, and completeness of MSF data.
Accountabilities
Supervising and supporting the data processing team in task assignment, follow-up, and reporting.
Drafting SOPs and workflows for data processing-related processes.
Supervising, in close coordination with HR and the Data Analyst Manager, all processes related to the data processing team: recruitment, training, induction, evaluation, and professional development.
Performing delegated tasks as specified in the job description or assigned by the Deputy Supply or Supply Coordinator
Ensuring secure handling of sensitive data and compliance with MSF data protection policies
MSF Section/Context Specific Accountabilities
Acting as focal point for communication with COGAT officials and UNOPS for clarification and follow-up.
Management of dual-use approvals: ensuring correct allocation of approval numbers, maintaining tracking files, and linking approvals to international and local orders.
Coordinating with the Supply Team Lead and Deputy Supply Coordinator on IRs, CHI requests
Ensuring accurate and timely management of data systems (SharePoint, Google Drive, UN2720, COGAT App etc).
Leading and overseeing all processes related to COGAT applications for dual-use items, including categorization, approvals, and communication with requestors.
Handling complex CHI/COGAT applications.
Categorize draft orders into dual use and non-dual use items for assignment to appropriate IO orders and cargos
Submit and manage CHI submissions in the COGAT App, ensuring accuracy and timely updates to requestors.
Liaising with COGAT counterparts and UNOPS to resolve bottlenecks and clarify procedures
Maintaining strict compliance with MSF neutrality, impartiality, and independence principles in all external communication and data management.
متطلبات الوظيفة:Education: Degree in Log/Supply Chain or Data Processing
Experience Mandatory: 1 year minimum in data processing
Languages Mandatory: English and Arabic required. Hebrew an asset.
Knowledge: Essential computer literacy (word, excel, internet)
