الوصف الوظيفي:
Business Alliance HR is recruiting a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a Regional Manufacturing Company working in the Pharmaceutical industry in Ramallah, Palestine.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, ensuring compliance, and driving profitable growth across the Group and its subsidiaries.
Reporting to: CEO

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy & Planning
Define and oversee the implementation of the group’s financial strategy, including funding, investment approach, and financial risk management.
Lead the Group’s annual budgeting and long-term financial planning processes.
Oversee the preparation of the consolidated group budget for CEO and Board approval.
Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board on major investments, M&A activities, and other strategic initiatives.
Financial Control & Reporting
Define group financial policies (including Accounts Receivable) and reporting standards.
Establish and maintain effective financial risk management frameworks and internal control systems across the group.
Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all Group financial reporting (consolidated statements, management reports).
Oversee the consolidation of subsidiary financial results.
Ensure Group-wide compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
Track Group and subsidiary financial KPIs and report on performance against targets.
Own ERP financial governance, master data accuracy, and digital finance automation.
Treasury & Capital Management
Oversee the group’s treasury functions, including cash management, banking relationships, and foreign exchange management.
Manage the group’s capital structure, including debt and equity financing.
Subsidiary Oversight & Support
Provide financial oversight, guidance, and support to subsidiary finance teams.
Support the preparation of subsidiary budget proposals.
Implement Group financial policies within subsidiaries.
Manufacturing, Costing & Financial Operations
Lead Bill of Materials (BOM) development, standard costing models, yield variance analysis, batch-level costing, OEE-based cost allocation, and overhead absorption.
Define pricing methodologies aligned with regulatory price caps, reference pricing models, tender economics, and contribution margin analysis.
Govern CAPEX submissions, investments, financial feasibility studies, and post-investment review cycles.
Leadership & Team Management:
Act as a strategic business partner to the CEO and Board, ensuring financial sustainability, compliance, risk management, and profitable growth within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Develop and mentor high-performing financial leaders and teams across subsidiaries.
Participate as a key member of the group executive team, contributing to overall strategic decision-making (e.g., Steering Committee).
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, particularly IFRS.
Extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial software and systems.
Willingness and ability to travel locally, regionally, and internationally.
Years of experience:
12+ Years of total experience, 6+ years of relevant experience in a managerial role.
Education:
Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
Professional certificates are highly preferred, such as CPA/ CMA.

Location:
Ramallah, Palestine (With travels to the region).

Languages:
Fluent in English & Arabic.
