الوصف الوظيفي:Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential new clients and buyers.
Explain vehicle features, accessories, and services to promote brand loyalty.
Maintain and service existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
Manage client relationships throughout all phases of the sales cycle.
Oversee online inquiries, transactions, and digital sales activities.
Collaborate with operations and customer support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Assist customers with complaints or inquiries regarding products, services, or purchases.
Achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume and margin targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to enhance loyalty and retention.
Provide customers with accurate budgets, payment plans, and delivery timelines.
Draft contracts and oversee all purchase agreements using Laserfiche and CDK systems.
Manage pricing, sales data, and prepare activity reports.
Prepare and submit periodic sales reports and updates.
Stay updated on current market changes, trends, and competitor activities.
Attend relevant trainings, seminars, and conferences to stay informed about industry developments.
Handle and resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with new and existing clients.
Maintain a friendly and engaging personality to foster positive client interactions.
Listen actively to understand customer needs and resolve concerns effectively.
متطلبات الوظيفة:Education: BA in Accounting or any related field.
Knowledge & Experience:
Minimum of two years of experience in sales.
Certifications in communication or sales skills (preferred).
Skills & Abilities:
Strong customer communication skills.
Public speaking and presentation skills.
Negotiation and persuasion skills.
Active listening and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to manage and engage with a diverse customer base.
