We are looking for a passionate and professional Sales Officer to join our luxury jewelry and watch retail team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a refined sense of customer service, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. This position requires a well-presented individual who understands luxury, precision, and trust.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in selecting fine jewelry and watches while delivering exceptional service.
Develop strong product knowledge across all jewelry and watch collections.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective client relationship management.
Maintain showroom presentation standards and ensure all displays are clean and appealing.
Record client information accurately in the CRM system and follow up on potential leads.
Handle customer inquiries, after-sales support, and warranty claims with professionalism.
Participate in product training and internal sales meetings to enhance selling techniques.
Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and special events when required.
متطلبات الوظيفة:Requirements:
Must be a resident of Nablus or Ramallah.
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury jewelry, watches, or fashion.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
High level of integrity, patience, and customer care.
Strong sales orientation and ability to work under pressure.
Flexibility to work on weekends or extended hours during special promotions.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with brands
Experience with POS systems or CRM software
Strong sense of luxury aesthetics and attention to detail.
