Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Ramallah
Job Type: Full-Time
Reports To: General Manager 

Job Summary:
A leading Warehousing & Logistics Company is seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and optimize day-to-day warehouse & logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, high productivity, compliance with safety regulations and operational SOPs, and exceptional service delivery to our clients. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a hands-on approach to operational management.

Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations Management
Oversee the receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of goods.
Monitor Key performance Indicator (KPIs) and operational metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Implement and maintain efficient processes and workflows to optimize productivity.
Team Leadership
Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff.
Ensure optimized & proper staffing levels and oversee labor scheduling.
Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
Inventory Control
Ensure accurate inventory records through regular audits and cycle counts.
Work closely with inventory and procurement teams to manage stock levels and prevent loss or damage.
Health & Safety Compliance
Enforce compliance with company policies and regulatory safety standards.
Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Promote a safe working environment through training and awareness initiatives.
Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination
Coordinate with transportation providers for inbound and outbound shipments.
Troubleshoot delivery issues and work with clients and suppliers to resolve discrepancies.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, staffing, and inventory accuracy.
Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Education & qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Certifications in warehouse or logistics management are a plus.
Experience with ERP systems and data-driven operations management.
Experience & skills:

Strong understanding of warehouse management systems, inventory software, and logistics.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent Arabic and English skills. 
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Valid driving license.
