Itihad El Helal Company was established in 1995 to engage in local market with its well-known and Class-A brands, operating in West Bank, East Jerusalem, and Gaza.

The Company is considered as one of the largest scale entities working in the line of FMCG business in Palestine, headquartered in Ramallah (Jifna), with distribution centers in Nablus (North), Hebron (South), East Jerusalem and Gaza.

Currently employing more than 220 staff.

We are seeking to hire highly qualified candidates to join our team for the following vacancy:

Management Information System Manager

Major Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the Company’s MIS systems to ensure their effectiveness and continuous development
Process and Analyse data with high frequency, and maintain data integrity
Work independently and meet strict deadlines to improve processes and areas of improvement
Understand the company’s Software matrix, and alignment with growing business needs 
Coordinate with the company’s departments to understand their IT needs and provide support and solutions, as well as enhance new business operations.
Manage and supervise IT staff to cater for company’s business goals and requirements
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Desired skills & Experience:

Skillful result- oriented
Excellent written and spoken English skills with excellent report writing skills.
Excellent time management,  communication, and management skills
Must have analytical skills and experience in program evaluation/analysis, training, attention to details and presentation skills are required.
At least 5-7 years of relevant work experience with previous experience, preferably in the field of the FMCG.
Ability to work on SAP software will be considered as an additional advantage.
Qualifications & Certificates:

Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), or computer science

Language

fluent in both Arabic/ English(reading/writing/speaking)

Additional considerations:

Preferably resides in Ramallah
