الوصف الوظيفي:Position Summary:
The Cost Controller Clerk assists in monitoring, recording, and analyzing all cost-related activities to ensure accurate cost control, compliance with company policies, and support for management decision-making. The role involves daily data entry, verification of purchase and consumption records, preparation of cost reports, and coordination with the Purchasing, Receiving, and Stores departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Record and verify daily food and beverage issues, transfers, and wastage.
Assist in maintaining accurate cost records for all outlets and departments.
Support the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports.
Check receiving reports, invoices, and purchase orders for accuracy and proper authorization.
Monitor store inventory levels and assist in monthly and surprise inventory counts.
Help in reconciling physical stock with the system records.
Update and maintain recipe and menu costing in the system.
Verify the accuracy of outlet voids, discounts, and complimentary checks.
Assist in analyzing cost variances and highlighting discrepancies to the Cost Controller.
Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and accounting standards.
Maintain organized records and documentation for audit purposes.
متطلبات الوظيفة:Qualifications & Skills:
bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in hospitality or F&B.
Good knowledge of inventory and cost control procedures.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems (e.g., Sun System, FMC, or similar).
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Working Relationships:
Coordinates closely with the Purchasing, Receiving, and Stores teams, as well as with F&B operations and the Cost Controller.
