The British Scientific School, located in Nablus city, is a bilingual international school that follows the Cambridge International Education curriculum. It prepares students for the IGCSE and the A-Level Examinations, combined with the Palestinian National Curriculum in Arabic language studies, Religion studies, and Social Studies. It focuses mainly on interactive learning, children's rights, and providing a safe environment for its students.

The British Scientific School is seeking passionate, qualified, and experienced educators to join their academic team starting from the academic year (2025/2026).
BSS is currently hiring for the following positions:


1) ICT & Computing Teacher.
2) Mathematics Teacher.

1. ICT and Computing Teacher

Type: Full-time

Requirements:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Fluency in English is highly preferred.
Familiarity with the Cambridge Computing or ICT curriculum is preferable.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
A passion for innovation, technology integration, and student-centered learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach ICT and Computing across relevant year groups, following Cambridge International standards.
Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that foster digital literacy, problem-solving, and coding skills.
Prepare students for different forms of assessment.
Collaborate with other staff to integrate technology across subjects.
Monitor student progress, maintain records, and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
Participate in professional development and contribute to the wider school community.

2. Mathematics Teacher

Requirements:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a closely related field.
Prior experience teaching Mathematics under the Cambridge International Curriculum is strongly preferred.
Proficiency in English.
Strong pedagogical and classroom management skills.
Commitment to student success and reflective teaching practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality Math lessons for students at the middle and high school levels.
Prepare and implement lesson plans that align with the Cambridge syllabus.
Use a variety of assessment tools to track student progress.
Support students in developing logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
Work collaboratively with the academic team and supervisor, and participate in school events and enrichment activities.
Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment.
