Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, including carriers, shippers, and brokers.
Identify new business opportunities and secure partnerships that align with company objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for partners.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential areas for expansion.
Act as a liaison between partners and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and execution.
Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess partnership effectiveness and growth opportunities.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Qualifications:
Must speak fluent English.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnerships within the trucking, logistics, or transportation industry.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand industry-specific challenges and develop tailored solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a strategic mindset.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
