We're on the lookout for individuals who are interested to join our team as trainers for kids! Are you ready to make an impact? This is your chance to inspire the next generation of innovators, designers, and coders, while gaining invaluable teaching experience.

We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals who love working with young minds, ages 6 to 18, and are excited about making learning fun and engaging. As a trainer, you'll receive hands-on training, followed by a test to earn your spot as a certified trainer with us! As a Plus, we offer competitive hourly pay for your hard work and dedication!

About Ahdaf and Algorithmics
Ahdaf is excited to bring Algorithmics, an international programming school for children aged 6-18, to Palestine! We’re seeking passionate trainers to join us in teaching essential 21st-century skills. At Algorithmics, we make learning coding, critical thinking, teamwork, and creativity simple and fun through engaging, project-based learning. Your profile:
Are you passionate about teaching young learners? We are looking for enthusiastic trainers to teach kids in the following areas: Digital Literacy (Ages 7-9), Video content Makers ( Ages 9-14 ), Game Design (Ages 10-11), Graphic Design (Ages 9-14), Unity Game Development (Ages 12-16), Python (Ages 12-15) and Front-end development (Ages 15-18).

Who can apply?
University graduates in Education Technology,  Computer Science and/or IT.
School teachers with experience in teaching digital skills or related fields.
Experience in coding, game design, and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
Fluent in english: Speaking, writing and reading.
Certification or strong knowledge in Digital Literacy and Children's Online Safety is a plus.

Whats next?
Once you apply and are eligible for an interview, you’ll go through the following steps:
Personal Interview: In this interview, conducted in both English and Arabic, you’ll introduce yourself and share your motivation for joining our team. If we align on values and expectations, you’ll advance to the certification process to become an eligible trainer with us.
Certification Process: This training will take place on-site at Ahdaf. Successful completion of this certification and final exma is essential to joining our team.
Certification Duration: The certification process lasts between 4 to 12 days, depending on your prior qualifications and experience.
The Certification is free of charge!
