الوصف الوظيفي:
MSF Spain is looking for a skilled Head of Drivers in Hebron to coordinate and control the operation of vehicles in one location according to traffic regulations and MSF security rules and ensuring that the team of drivers perform properly their duties to ensure an adequate, efficient and safe transport of goods and people.

Accountabilities:

Prepare the daily movement plan and send it to Field Coordinator for validation.
Organize and send weekly movement plan with distribution drivers and vehicles.
Participate in the security breafing at 8:20am every morinig before movements.
Moniter and follow up for all of the movement during the day.
Follow the security situation and movements in security group.
Ensure the cars are loaded in time with all the Logistic and medical equipments needed to perform the activities.
Organize parking all the vehicles in the Office/Geust House.
Follow up the daily check of the cars with the drivers.
Ensure that all the vehicles are refilled at the end of the week.
Follow up cleaning of the vehicles.
Follow up Log Book recording drivers movements , kilometers and refilling fuel.
Prepare annual services contracts for car services.
Ensure Service maintenance follow up for all the cars that the service are done accordely.
Follow the Spare parts for cars (quotations , CBA, contracts)
Ensure to renew insurance and registration of the vehicles.
Prepare the Monthly Fleet report in My Fleet and share it with Log manager monthly.
Prepare the Monthly Fuel report based on invoice,Log Book and fuel voucher and share it with Log manager monthly.
Organize weekly meetings with all the drivers.
Ensure that the drivers have the Trip recorded to know the locations
Training for drivers regarding to reporting, recorging, understanding of road/location and manor in the check point.
Prepare Drivers annual leave plan.
Prepare Drivers PMS Objetives,Intermediate follow up and Final Evaluation.
Organize the Daily Worker driver if needed.
Prepare the Daily Worker payments sheet.
To be a driver if the project required.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Education:

Essential literacy, driving license and basic mechanic skills.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years previous experience as a driver

Languages:

Essential: Arabic and English. Hebrew preferred

Knowledge
Essential good knowledge of the area of work
Essential good knowledge of computer literacy for Excel and Word
Essential knowledge of basic mechanics
Essential good knowledge of team management
