الوصف الوظيفي:
We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in IT support and networking, with at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience. This role involves providing technical support to our projects, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining network infrastructure, and assisting in the implementation of IT projects.

Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
Network Administration:
Configure and maintain network devices such as storage and servers, switches, and firewalls.
Project Implementation:
Assist in the planning, implementation, and testing of IT projects.
Contribute to the development and documentation of project plans.
Provide technical support during project rollouts.
IT pre-sales consultant
Create and update user guides and knowledge base articles.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in IT support or networking.
Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems.
Knowledge of network security best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
