Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader with expertise in C#, .NET Core, DevOps, and Agile methodologies, along with strong proficiency in Azure, Angular for front-end development, and Test-Driven Development (TDD). The ideal candidate will have strategic leadership skills and be able to guide a team in delivering quality-driven solutions. The Team Leader (Full stack Developer) will be responsible for leading a team of developers, ensuring the successful delivery of software projects from conception to deployment, and maintaining high standards of coding practices. You will utilize your full stack development skills to contribute to key projects while mentoring and supporting your team

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a development team working on full-stack projects.
Manage communication with key customers and co-workers like products managers, designers to achieve the best product value
Oversee back-end development in C#/.NET Core and front-end using react and Angular.
Implement DevOps practices, manage cloud infrastructure on Azure, and ensure TDD principles are applied.
Foster an Agile culture and drive continuous improvement within the team.
Optimize CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
Daily interaction with product managers and product owners, to understand business requirements, and help with story definition and prioritization
Guide less experienced engineers, code review and make sure the best practice of writing code is applied.
Establish QA unit and manage it.
Participate in solution architecture definition and documentation processes
Define, plan and develop services, solutions, frameworks to provide best-fit solutions along with enterprise architecture for projects
Scrum master skills, especially in sprinting and Story points evaluation and stand ups management , 
Management skills such evaluation of the team members, hire new members, develop polices and strategies for up to date best practice in the SW development.
Ability to scale up.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Requirements:

BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering.
6 years plus in full stack development.
2+ years of team lead experience
Proven Professional experience in C#/.NET Core’s, DevOps, Azure, Angular, React , MS SQL Server , and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Knowledge in using Jira , confluence and Azure DevOps.  Scrum master skills
Leadership experience and strategic decision-making skills.
Experience with coding / design patterns defining & implementing software development standards and best practices
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Clean code philosophy.
Experience with front end libraries and frameworks especially Angular and bootstrap.
Experience with dealing with REST and JSON.
Experience with third party libraries and APIs.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
Fully dedicated with physical existence
