مطلوب مدير مدرسة

الوصف الوظيفي:
St Joseph School is a secondary school situated in Ramallah. It is a Catholic school that belongs to the Congregation of St Joseph of the Apparition.  It is a girls' school that starts from kindergarten until 12 grade Tawjihi. It also has a GCE curriculum. We need a full-time job qualified director to run the school.

Reserve the school’s mission and its Catholic Christian character according to the school’s vision.
Provide short-term and long-term strategic planning for the development of the school following the requirements of the Ministry of Education
Work in partnership with Sisters, staff, and parents to generate the ethos and values which will underpin the school.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the school.
Monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching and learning and standards of achievement of all pupils in the school through appropriate methods
Promote a learning environment and supervise classes and school supplies
Put plans for the professional development and advancement of the teachers and their continuous updating.
Partnership and Accountability: continue to develop an organization in which all the staff recognize that they are partners and accountable for the success of the school.
Safeguarding Children & Safer Recruitment: ensure the policies and procedures adopted by the school are fully implemented and followed by all staff.
Curriculum Development and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with educational trends, research, and best practices in curriculum development and innovation.
Student Support and Well-being: Develop and implement comprehensive student support programs to address the academic, emotional, and social needs of students.
Professional Development and Staff Training: Identify the professional development needs of staff and coordinate training programs to enhance their teaching skills, subject knowledge, and leadership abilities.
Prepare and submit reports to relevant educational authorities, demonstrating the school's adherence to quality standards and continuous improvement.

Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of educators and staff.

Essential Requirements

Master degree in Education
Two recommendation letters
Excellent in English
Years of experience:

At least 10 years of experience in the Educational field (both primary and/ or secondary levels), and /or at least 5 years of them in a management/leadership role.
