الوصف الوظيفي:
Since 1998, SABRI for Computer has delivered IT infrastructure, cloud, and security solutions to government ministries, international organizations, and enterprises across Palestine. As a Microsoft CSP Partner managing customer tenants, we work on projects where uptime and security directly affect real operations.

What you'll do:
Support and administer Microsoft 365 and Azure for our CSP customers: Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, and core Azure services (VMs, networking, backup).
Onboard new tenants, handle licensing changes, and run migrations to Microsoft 365.
Install and configure Windows Server and core roles (AD DS, DNS, DHCP, file services, Hyper-V).
Configure and maintain firewalls (FortiGate preferred), switches, VPNs and Wi-Fi for client networks.
Apply security baselines: MFA, Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender, backup and patching.
Automate repetitive admin work with PowerShell.
Document every environment and change, and own support tickets until they're closed.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 / Azure administration
Solid Windows Server experience and data center management.
Working networking knowledge: TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, VPN, firewall policies
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.( A/E)
Strong plus:

- Microsoft certifications (AZ-104, MS-102, SC-300, AZ-500)

- Networking/security certifications (Fortinet NSE/FCP, CCNA, CompTIA Security+)

- PowerShell / Microsoft Graph scripting

- Teams Phone or VoIP experience

- Driving license and readiness to work at client sites

Strong analytical , problem-solving skills , and  self-learner motivated
