Roles Summary
We are seeking a talented Network and Security Engineer to join our dynamic team in Ramallah, Palestine. In this role, you will play a crucial part in implementing and maintaining our clients' network infrastructure and security systems, utilizing industry-leading technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, configure, and troubleshoot Enterprise routing and switching technologies.
Design, implement, configure, and troubleshoot Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW).
Design, implement, configure, and troubleshoot Security Solution.
Design, implement, and optimize enterprise networks to meet client requirements and industry standards.
Provide troubleshooting and 24/7 technical support to our clients, resolving complex network and security issues efficiently.
Conduct consultations with customers to comprehensively understand their networking and security needs, offering tailored solutions and recommendations.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in related field such as: Computer Engineering or equivalent.
Holding certifications in Network and Security, such as CCNA & CCNP is a plus.
1-4 years of hands-on experience in routing, switching, and network security.
Proficiency in Cisco networking technologies (routing and switching) is a must.
Experience with Next-Generation Firewalls is a must.
Experience with VPN technologies is Plus.
Experience with Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) is Plus.
Experience with Cisco products is Plus.
Team player with the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-learner, Self-motivated and self-directed.
Detail-oriented, multi-task person
