MAP is seeking an MHPSS Specialist to support the delivery and quality of Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) services through mobile clinic operations across communities in the West Bank. The role involves delivering MHPSS services in mobile clinic settings, supporting programme planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting, and facilitating effective case management and referral pathways. The post holder will also contribute to community engagement and coordination with relevant partners to promote accessible and high-quality MHPSS services.

Residency in the Jordan Valley or Jericho is required, with residency in the northern Jordan Valley preferred. A valid professional medical licence to practise in the West Bank is also required
متطلبات الوظيفة:
The ideal candidate should have a degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Psychotherapy or a related field, with a valid professional licence from the Palestinian Ministry of Health. The candidate should have experience delivering MHPSS interventions, preferably in community-based, mobile clinic, humanitarian or emergency settings, and knowledge of relevant MHPSS guidelines, the Palestinian mental health system and referral pathways. Strong facilitation, planning, coordination, analytical, documentation and communication skills are essential, alongside proficiency in Arabic and English and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and as part of a team.
