WE’RE HIRING | Marketing & Digital Marketing Specialist

Maayeh Manufacturing Company is looking for a talented and experienced Marketing & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Ramallah.

We are looking for someone who combines digital marketing, social media management, content creation, photography, and business development to strengthen our brand and attract new customers.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the company’s social media platforms and digital presence.
* Create, photograph, and publish engaging content showcasing the company’s products, projects, and manufacturing operations.
* Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
* Generate new leads and convert marketing activities into potential customers and sales opportunities.
* Identify and approach companies, institutions, contractors, and potential B2B clients.
* Conduct field visits to institutions and businesses to introduce the company and its products.
* Search for and follow up on tenders, business opportunities, and potential partnerships.
* Monitor marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI.
* Conduct market and competitor research.
* Coordinate closely with sales, management, and production teams.
* Support internal marketing and related administrative activities within the factory when required.

متطلبات الوظيفة:
Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing and digital marketing.
- Strong experience managing Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Proven experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), paid campaigns, and lead generation.
- Strong photography and video creation skills for products, factory operations, Reels, Stories, and promotional content.
- Experience with content creation and basic design/video editing tools such as Canva and CapCut.
- Ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Experience in B2B, manufacturing, or industrial marketing is highly preferred.
- Creative, proactive, organized, and results-oriented.
