About the Role
FALAK Solutions is expanding its enterprise technology portfolio by launching a Data Intelligence & Advanced Analytics practice. We are seeking an experienced consultant to design lightweight external Data Warehouse (DWH) solutions, develop advanced Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards, and build AI-driven analytical models that integrate seamlessly with clients' ERP systems. This role focuses on transforming enterprise data into actionable financial, operational, and commercial insights for executive decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement external Data Warehouse (DWH) architectures and ETL/ELT pipelines that securely consolidate data from client ERP platforms.
Develop executive-level interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or modern open-source BI tools to monitor financial and operational performance.
Build and deploy predictive machine learning models and AI-powered analytical solutions for historical data analysis, forecasting, and anomaly detection.
Create automated financial and sales analytics to evaluate cash flow, pricing, inventory costs, sales performance, and revenue optimization opportunities.
Serve as a strategic advisor by translating complex analytical findings into practical business recommendations and presenting insights to executive leadership and client stakeholders.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Software Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, or Applied Data Science, preferably within enterprise environments integrating multiple business systems.
Business Knowledge: Strong understanding of enterprise business processes, including financial accounting, inventory management, costing, and B2B sales operations.
Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in SQL, dimensional data warehouse design, ETL/ELT processes, and BI platforms such as Power BI, Looker, Apache Superset, or equivalent. Experience with ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP Business One, NetSuite, or ERPNext is a strong advantage.
Programming & AI: Proficiency in Python or R, including data science libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn, with hands-on experience developing predictive models and integrating Large Language Model (LLM) APIs into analytics solutions.
Languages: Professional fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is required.
