We are looking for a Developer, Support & Procurement Associate to join our team. This is a hybrid role that combines software development, procurement, customer support, and business operations.

The ideal candidate has a background in application or software development and is comfortable working on a variety of technical and business-related tasks beyond writing code. This role is suitable for someone who is curious, resourceful, and enjoys solving real business problems through technology, communication, and operational excellence.

The primary responsibility of this position is procurement, including product sourcing, supplier communication, negotiation, and import management. In addition, the role involves supporting customers, resolving technical and billing-related issues, and contributing to the improvement and maintenance of internal applications and software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Procurement (Primary Focus)
Research and identify new products for sourcing and importing.
Source local and international suppliers, request quotations, and compare available options.
Negotiate pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQs), payment terms, and shipping conditions.
Manage purchase orders, import processes, logistics coordination, and supplier relationships.
Monitor inventory requirements and support forecasting and replenishment planning.
Customer & Business Support
Proactively communicate with customers and respond to incoming inquiries.
Investigate and resolve billing issues, refunds, and account-related requests.
Handle customer escalations that require technical understanding of products and services.
Document recurring issues and provide feedback and insights to the product and development teams.
Support continuous improvement of customer experience and internal processes.
Developer Support & Software Responsibilities
Support the development team with quality assurance (QA), testing, bug reproduction, and minor technical fixes.
Assist in developing and maintaining internal tools, administrative dashboards, integrations, and automation workflows.
Contribute to improving and maintaining applications and internal software solutions when procurement workload allows.
Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation and user guides.
Support system improvements and ensure smooth operation of internal software tools.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Previous experience or strong background in software/application development (web, mobile, or backend development).
Comfortable working in a hybrid role that combines technical responsibilities with procurement and business operations.
Strong ability to learn new technologies, tools, industries, and processes quickly.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Strong research, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Fluent in English; Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in procurement, import/export, or supplier relationship management.
Experience in customer support, account management, or technical support.
Familiarity with platforms and tools such as Shopify, Stripe, QuickBooks, Zendesk, or similar systems.
Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or scripting.
Exposure to e-commerce platforms, hardware products, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
