الوصف الوظيفي:BackgroundMedical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) is a UK-registered charity that has been reaching out to the Palestinian communities, striving to deliver health and medical care to those worst affected by conflict, occupation, and displacement. MAP provides immediate medical aid to those in need at times of crisis, while also developing local capacity and skills to ensure the long-term development of the Palestinian healthcare system. MAP’s vision is of a future in which all Palestinians can access an effective, sustainable, and locally led system of healthcare and the full realization of their rights to health and dignity.
The Transitional Training Programme (TTP) supports the ambitious programme led by the Ministry of Health, to transform primary healthcare in the West Bank. It is based on the 7 Pillars of Family Practice for Palestine and focusses on 5 core areas that are delivered as a blended course of online content supported by face-to-face training.
In coordination with the MOH, the TTP course was uploaded on the MOH eMoodle which is a well-known and mature LMS (Learning Management System) that is used widely throughout the world. The MOH (Ministry of Health) is using Moodle since 2015 as a training portal to grant their staff and doctors the ability to access the online courses content and resources.
Objective:
MAP is seeking an experienced coordinator to coordinate, monitor, and follow up on the rollout of the TTP course. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the course schedule and liaising with facilitators.
Scope of Work:
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure all trainees have access to the TTP course on the MOH e-Moodle.
Coordinate with the IT consultant for any technical issues that may arise during training.
Serve as a liaison between trainees and FFMP volunteers regarding course content and materials.
Coordinate technical committee meetings, including the preparation of agendas and the recording of minutes.
Develop a training plan, including a timetable, to ensure that the course is delivered in a timely and appropriate manner.
Visit the targeted clinics monthly and as necessary.
Manage and track progress of the trainees.
Submit and provide feedback to line manager on monthly basis and as needed.
The coordinator is expected to travel across WB to all PHCs based on the coordination with MoH. MAP is covering the transportation cost for the travel.
Complete the kaya essential safeguarding training provided by kayaconnect.org and provided the completion certificate.
Duration
The contract duration will be daily from the mid of July 2026 to 31st of December 2026

Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Driving license is necessary.
Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Available to fulfill the required SOW within the specified timeframe

Reporting and Payment Schedule: The payment will be made on monthly basis based on the approved timesheet, request for payment, and the approval of the progress report by the line manager.
Ethical Considerations
The coordinator is required to adhere to MAP policies and ethical guidelines, including MAP’s safeguarding policy and code of conduct.

Updated CV highlighting relevant qualifications and professional experience
Cover letter outlining motivation, suitability for the role, and availability for the full duration of the assignment
At least two professional references (including recent supervisors)
Detailed financial proposal indicating monthly consultancy rate in USD
The proposal should clearly state whether the rate is inclusive or exclusive of taxes.
