Sales Executive — English Speaker
Ramallah office | Headquartered in Dubai, UAE
Total compensation: $1,500 – $4,000+ per month (base salary + uncapped commission). This is a sales-driven role where your income is directly tied to your performance.

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce Aknaz’s mortgage solutions
• Qualify leads and book meetings for our senior sales team in Dubai
• Own your pipeline: manage your calendar, track every lead, follow up relentlessly
• Hit and exceed monthly targets — your effort is your paycheck
What we’re looking for
• Excellent spoken and written English (non-negotiable — you’ll speak with clients across the world)
• Confident phone presence and natural sales instinct
• Self-motivated, organized, and resilient — sales is a numbers game, and you need to love it
• Previous experience in sales, telesales, or customer service is a strong plus
