الوصف الوظيفي:
SUNBULA, a Jerusalem-based nonprofit Palestinian fair trade organization that provides income-generating opportunities to marginalized craft producers, seeks to hire the E-Commerce and Social Media Marketing Specialist.  SUNBULA supports 24 local producer groups by marketing their products at its Jerusalem shop and via its e-commerce site, and by implementing development projects that aim to enhance the skill base and production capacity of the producers while striving for the protection of Palestinian cultural heritage.

About the Position
The E-commerce and Social Media Marketing Specialist manages online orders and leads activities aimed at growing Sunbula’s e-commerce sales. The position plays a key role in expanding global access to Palestinian handmade products and increasing income for marginalized producers.

This is a full-time position, primarily based at the Sunbula shop at 15 Nablus Road, Sheikh Jarrah, with some tasks performed remotely.

Main Responsibilities

E-commerce Operation:
Manage online orders, including issuing customer invoices and receipts, preparing and packaging items, and arranging shipping.
Provide customer service, including responding to inquiries and following up on orders.
Social Media Marketing:

Plan and execute content strategies, adapting to social media trends and using analytics and insights to optimize reach and increase engagement.
Set and track sales conversion targets.
Run paid campaigns and targeted ads across Facebook, Instagram, and Google to increase visibility and drive conversions.
Others:

Support sales and customer service at the Sunbula retail shop during peak times and when covering for other staff.
Work closely with the Executive Director to implement tasks related to events and special projects.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of content creation experience, including writing in English and Arabic and producing visual materials (photos and videos) using tools such as Canva and CapCut.
Understanding of visual identity and branding, with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Metricool) and running paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms.
Experience in sales, customer service, e-commerce, marketing, and administrative tasks or a related field.
University degree, preferably in business, marketing, nonprofit management, or a related field
Native Arabic speaker with strong written and spoken communication skills in both Arabic and English
IT proficiency: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Meet)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail, ability to work with minimal supervision, take initiative, and collaborate effectively as part of a team
Entrepreneurial mindset with commercial awareness, and a strong commitment to social justice and supporting marginalized communities
Jerusalem or '48 ID (legal ability to work in Jerusalem)
Preferred 

Strong passion for and familiarity with Palestinian craft traditions
Have an understanding of social entrepreneurship
Driver’s license
Fluency in Hebrew
