الوصف الوظيفي:
Baladi Group is seeking an experienced and highly driven Restaurant Executive / Operations Executive to oversee and manage the full operations of multiple restaurant concepts and food service operations.

The ideal candidate must possess deep operational knowledge across all aspects of restaurant management, including kitchen operations, financial performance, staffing, customer experience, budgeting, training, compliance, and leadership development.

This role requires a hands-on leader with strong analytical skills, operational discipline, and the ability to build, mentor, and improve management teams while driving profitability, efficiency, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

Oversee day-to-day operations of restaurants and food service locations.
Ensure all branches operate efficiently, professionally, and according to company standards.
Monitor restaurant performance, identify operational gaps, and implement corrective action plans.
Develop and maintain operational systems, SOPs, and performance standards.
Ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
Financial & Business Management

Prepare, review, and manage operational budgets and financial reports.
Analyse P&L statements, labour costs, food costs, waste control, and overall profitability.
Identify financial inefficiencies and opportunities for operational improvement.
Develop strategies to increase sales, improve margins, and reduce unnecessary expenses.
Monitor inventory systems, purchasing, and supplier performance.
Kitchen & Food Operations

Possess strong understanding of kitchen workflows, food preparation standards, hygiene requirements, and production efficiency.
Work closely with chefs and kitchen managers to improve consistency, quality, speed, and food cost control.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and operational procedures.
Evaluate kitchen layouts, staffing structures, and workflow optimization.
Leadership & Team Development

Lead, supervise, and mentor restaurant managers and department heads.
Coach management teams to improve leadership skills, accountability, and operational execution.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and operational reviews.
Build a culture of professionalism, teamwork, discipline, and continuous improvement.
Assist in recruiting, training, and developing future leaders within the organization.
Customer Experience & Brand Standards

Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all locations.
Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively.
Maintain brand consistency in service, presentation, cleanliness, and guest experience.
Monitor customer feedback and implement service improvement initiatives.
Compliance & Administration

Ensure compliance with health, safety, labour, and operational regulations.
Oversee scheduling, staffing plans, operational reporting, and internal audits.
Coordinate with finance, HR, procurement, and executive management teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 7–10 years of senior restaurant management or multi-unit operations experience.
Strong knowledge of restaurant financials, budgeting, and operational analytics.
Deep understanding of kitchen operations and restaurant workflow management.
Proven ability to manage and improve large operational teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to identify operational gaps and implement effective solutions.
Experience managing managers and developing leadership teams.
High level of professionalism, accountability, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with franchise operations is considered an advantage.

Preferred Skills
Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
Experience with restaurant POS systems and operational software.
Strategic planning and business development capabilities.
Experience in launching or restructuring restaurant operations.
Multilingual communication skills are an advantage.
