الوصف الوظيفي:
The Institute for Social and Economic Progress (ISEP) is an independent institute dedicated to transforming the lives of Palestinians socially, politically, and economically. ISEP is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a full-time, on-site Communications Manager.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the public voice of a growing Palestinian research institute, translating complex research and policy insights into compelling narratives that reach and engage diverse audiences.

Position Responsibilities:
Strategic Communications: Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with ISEP's mission and research outputs.
Content Development: Produce and oversee high-quality written and visual content including reports, press releases, newsletters, and social media materials.
Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with local, regional, and international media outlets to amplify ISEP's work and visibility.
Brand Management: Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms and communications materials.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with researchers and leadership to translate findings into accessible, impactful public-facing content.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Key Criteria:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a communications or media role; experience in NGOs, research, or policy institutions is a strong asset.
Writing Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication in both Arabic and English, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
Digital Proficiency: Experience managing social media platforms, email marketing tools, and content management systems.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to craft and execute long-term communications plans while managing day-to-day content needs.
Work Ethic & Mindset: Creative, proactive, and collaborative, with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
