Baladi Group is seeking a high-impact Senior Operations Manager – Restaurants to lead, scale, and elevate our growing restaurant division. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who can drive performance, develop teams, and support business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee multi-unit restaurant operations at an executive level, ensuring efficiency and consistency across all locations.
Develop and implement operational strategies to drive growth, scalability, and continuous improvement
Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, P&L, and revenue optimization
Ensure consistency in service standards, food quality, and brand identity
Lead and execute marketing initiatives to increase traffic and sales
Maintain high operational standards, with strong follow-up on issues and performance gaps
Lead, mentor, and coach restaurant managers and senior team members
Drive business expansion and identify new growth opportunities
Meet and exceed business targets and KPIs
Manage communication with franchisors and ensure full compliance with their standards and regulations
Align operations with the company’s vision, strategy, and expansion plans
متطلبات الوظيفة:

Proven experience managing multi-unit or chain restaurant operations
Strong background in restaurant operations and kitchen management
Solid expertise in financials, cost control, and performance analysis
Experience in marketing and revenue growth strategies
Ability to coach and develop managers into high performers
Strong leadership presence with a team-player mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
Hands-on, results-driven leader with a “can-do” attitude
