Responsibilities
Support daily restaurant operations and management activities
• Assist in coordinating kitchen, service, and operational workflows
• Ensure compliance with brand and franchise standards
• Work closely with management and staff to maintain smooth operations
• Participate in training, restaurant openings, and operational improvements
• Support day-to-day problem-solving on the floor
• Communicate and coordinate with suppliers

• Experience or practical knowledge in restaurants, kitchen operations, or franchise environments
• Good understanding of daily restaurant operations
• Knowledge of inventory and goods management
• Experience working with suppliers and handling orders
• Understanding of food cost and pricing
• Must be a team player
• Hands-on, responsible, and eager to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
