الوصف الوظيفي:
The Business Women Forum (BWF) is a national non-profit organization established in 2006, to promote and empower the role of businesswomen and entrepreneurs as leaders in the Palestinian economy through advocacy, influence to create an enabling environment for women in Palestine. BWF works through a comprehensive methodology through provision of business development packages including capacity building, coaching, consultancy and technical support necessary for their business, enhancing access to markets, financing and knowledge, in addition to networking with local, regional and global institutions and organizations.

The Business Women Forum (BWF) seeks to hire a qualified Project Manager to support the implementation of projects that aim to economically empower women and enhance their participation in sustainable economic development. The Project Manager will play a key role in ensuring effective planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of projects within the defined scope, timelines, and budgets.

Job Title: Project/s Manager

Reports to: Program Manager.

Employment Type: Full time (08:00 AM until 04:00, Friday and Saturday are off)

Location: Ramallah with frequent travel to the North, South and Jerusalem areas

Estimated starting date: November 1, 2025

Duration: 1 year

Main Responsibilities.

Lead and oversee all phases of project development, from initiation through to successful completion.
Collaborate closely with the Program Manager to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria that align with strategic priorities.
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and communication strategies to ensure transparency and alignment across all parties involved.
Assess and allocate the necessary resources—human, technical, and financial—required to accomplish project goals.
Prepare detailed project budgets, monitor expenditures, and recommend adjustments as needed to maintain financial control.
Provide regular updates on project status, including detailed progress reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders and management.
Identify and respond proactively to changes in project scope, emerging risks, or potential challenges, and implement appropriate mitigation or contingency plans.
Maintain oversight of project quality and ensure all deliverables meet the established standards and expectations.
Develop high-quality program and project proposals, concept notes and funding applications within deadlines.
Lead Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) efforts, including:Designing and implementing project M&E plans, indicators, and data collection tools.
Tracking progress and measuring results against set targets and objectives.
Coordinating field monitoring visits and ensuring accurate, evidence-based reporting.
Documenting lessons learned, success stories, and best practices to inform future programming.
Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities as requested by the Program Manager or Executive Manager.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Qualifications & Competences:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in international development, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in program management within the NGO or development sector.
Proven experience in project cycle management, budgeting, monitoring & evaluation, and staff supervision.
Strong leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication in both Arabic and English.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Very good experience in working with women MSMEs, and economic empowerment
Commitment to gender equality, inclusion, and the organization’s core values.
Ability to travel to field locations as required. Driving License is a plus.
