Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Researcher to join our dynamic team at a Birzeit-based business and development consultancy. The Junior Researcher will support the design and implementation of research projects focused on private sector development, economic resilience, market analysis, and policy and program evaluation in Palestine and the broader region.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development of research frameworks, surveys, and data collection tools
Conduct desk research, literature reviews, and stakeholder mapping
Support field data collection and coordinate with enumerators and partners
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data using appropriate tools
Draft research summaries, reports, and presentations for internal and client use
Support proposal writing and newsletters
Stay informed on relevant economic and development trends
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Development Studies, Business or a related social science field
Strong analytical and writing skills (Arabic and English)
A background in quantitative analysis is a strong plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, Stata, Tableau) is a plus
Ability to work both independently and in a team
Interest in development and policy in Palestine
