Position summary
The Quality Assurance and Food Safety Officer is responsible for ensuring that Coffee Lab products, services, and operations consistently meet the highst standerds of quality, hygiene, and food safety. This role safeguards compliance with internal policies, local regulations and international best practices, and while also fostering a culture of continuous improvments and excellence across all Coffee Lab branches   and production sites.

Responsibilities
Quality Assurance: 
- Develop, implement, and maintain Coffee Lab's Quality Assurance policies, procedcures, and standards. 

- Oversee proper food handling, storage and sanitation practices across all branches. 

- Train and educate staff on food saftey protocols, personal hygiene, and cross-contamination prevention. 

- Investigate food saftey incidents, complaints, or non-conformities, and implement corrective measures. 

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in food safety. 

Food Safety: 

- Ensure compliance with food regulations (HACCP, ISO standards, or local equivalent). 

- Oversee proper food handeling, storage and sanitaion practices across all branches. 

Train and educate staff on food safety incidents, complaints, or non-conformities, and implement corrective measures.

- Maintain up-to-date knowlage of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in food safety. 

Operational Support: 

- Support new product launches by ensuring food safety and quality measures are in place before rollout. 

- Work closely with suppliers to ensure raw materials meet Coffee Lab's quality safety standards. 

- Develope and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training manuals and safety checklists. 

- Promote a "Quality and Safety First" Culture by engaging employees at all levels. 
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Qualifications and skills: 

- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Safety, Quality Management, or a related field. 

- Minimum 2-3 years of experiance in quality assurance and/or food safety (preferably in the food and beverage or hospitality industry). 

- Strong knowlage of HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000. 

- Excellent organizational and documentation skills. 

- Fluent in Arabic and English language. 

- Strong communication, trainingm and problem-solving abilities. 

- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure for long hours. 

- Resident of Ramallah City.

- Preferably has a valid driving license.
